Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AONE SEO SERVICE, we value our clients and ensure full transparency regarding payments and refunds.

No Refund After Service Activation

Once payment is made and work is initiated (strategy, audits, setup, account creation, report sharing, etc.), no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.

Advance/Token Payment

  • Advance or token amounts paid to book services are non-refundable.

Monthly / Recurring Projects

  • If a project is cancelled before completion of the billing cycle, no partial refund will be processed.

Project Delay Due to Client

If a project is delayed due to the client not providing content/data/access, the payment will not be refunded, and the project will remain in hold status.

Auto-Cancellation

If the client remains unresponsive for 30 days or more, the project will be automatically cancelled without refund.

Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway processing fee/transaction charge is non-refundable.
